Our company Computer Performance Services SA, software publisher of CONCEPT Family office and CONCEPT Trustee™ and other financial softwares, regularly supports the SATC, since its constitution in July 2007. This support seemed to be natural for the advancement of the association whose aim is to engage in the furtherance and development of trustee activities in Switzerland, to ensure a high level of quality and integrity and the adherence to professional and ethical standards in the trust business in Switzerland.

As announced, the year 2009 took place to our satisfaction.
Despite the deterioration of the economic situation , the 2009 results are comparable to those of 2008 and we can look forward with serenity.
This feeling is reinforced by the birth of our new software CONCEPT Family Office and CONCEPT Independent Asset Managers

As expected, this year has confirmed the exceptional results achieved in 2007.
At the end of 2008, to ensure our customers a significant "partnership" in the long term with our operating companies and also to thank some of our employees for their loyalty, a significant part of the share capital of Corporate Performance Holding SA was transferred to a new entity formed under the name
PERENNITE HOLDING SA
with headquarters in Nyon.

MANAGEMENT OF PASSWORDS
- The password is often the first line that protects access to programs / databases.
- The password is strictly personal and should not be given to anyone
- The password must be changed regularly (every two or three months).
- The password must be hard to find but easy to remember, should not it must not be recorded on paper or any other support, and must consist of at least 10 characters.
- Do not use your phone number, surname, first name, social security nb (AVS), nickname, friend, husband, spouse, the name of your pet, and so on.
- It must not appear in a dictionary, a magazine, a collection of names, a file or listing.
IMPORTANT
- Password must contain the following elements:
------- Numbers (0 to 9)
------- Letters (A to Z) in mixed case
------- Punctuation (.,;:?!)
------- Other special characters ( +"*%&/*= etc.).
------- Example: @ A2mJtvč
PROGRAMS "CONCEPT" ALLOW THE CREATION OF PASSWORDS UP TO 255 CHARACTERS...!!
SUMMARY:

MANAGEMENT ACCESS RIGHTS
The Programs "CONCEPT" has been designed to enable the management of access rights.
- Inside your company, a person must be responsible for the management of access rights.
- In case of change in position a person within your organization, change the access rights according to the new needs
- If a employee leave the company, DELETE IMMEDIATELY his access rights.
- Periodically, check the access rights assigned to your employees and MAKES CHANGES NEEDED.
SELECTIVE DATA ENCRYPTION
Starting with version 10 of Progress, we can study the option to encrypt some data you might want to especially protect.
Because it is a decision of each company, depending on the confidentiality of data entered, you can contact us in order to assess the implementation of a selective encryption, solution to reconcile your privacy and performance software.
PROTECTED IDENTITIES
With the Programs "CONCEPT" you can protect the identity of individuals through the input of a pseudonym. Depending on their acces right, each user will then appear to be the pseudonym of people or with their complete identity.
LIMITED PRINTING / QUERIES
From version 4.50, CONCEPT Trustee ™ offers a setting to prevent some users to get a FULL list of entities or parties, whether in print or interrogation. Only limited printing or queries are allowed. |
