It will work on selective data and enable managers, clients and family members to remotely access to their financial information:

The connection to the portal can be done securely (using SSL certificates).
Authentication is done by default via the input of a user code / password.

2011 - PERSPECTIVES
As announced, and despite the turbulent period that we know from the beginning of 2008, we should complete 2011 in excellent conditions, with results equivalent to those obtained in 2010.
This crisis has led many stakeholders in the financial world to review their work processes (to reduce structural costs related to their business) and offer new services to their customers.
This observation is perfectly consistent with our desire which has always been to provide solutions that best meet these considerations.
Our last two solutions (CONCEPT Family Office and CONCEPT Independent Asset Managers) are no exception to this rule and have been already very well received. |

MANAGEMENT OF PASSWORDS
- The password is often the first line that protects access to programs / databases.
- The password is strictly personal and should not be given to anyone
- The password must be changed regularly (every two or three months).
- The password must be hard to find but easy to remember, should not it must not be recorded on paper or any other support, and must consist of at least 10 characters.
- Do not use your phone number, surname, first name, social security nb (AVS), nickname, friend, husband, spouse, the name of your pet, and so on.
- It must not appear in a dictionary, a magazine, a collection of names, a file or listing.
IMPORTANT
- Password must contain the following elements:
------- Numbers (0 to 9)
------- Letters (A to Z) in mixed case
------- Punctuation (.,;:?!)
------- Other special characters ( +"*%&/*= etc.).

The Programs "CONCEPT" has been designed to enable the management of access rights.
- Inside your company, a person must be responsible for the management of access rights.
- In case of change in position a person within your organization, change the access rights according to the new needs
- If a employee leave the company, DELETE IMMEDIATELY his access rights.
- Periodically, check the access rights assigned to your employees and MAKES CHANGES NEEDED.
SELECTIVE DATA ENCRYPTION
Starting with version 10 of Progress, we can study the option to encrypt some data you might want to especially protect.
Because it is a decision of each company, depending on the confidentiality of data entered, you can contact us in order to assess the implementation of a selective encryption, solution to reconcile your privacy and performance software.
PROTECTED IDENTITIES
With the Programs "CONCEPT" you can protect the identity of individuals through the input of a pseudonym. Depending on their acces right, each user will then appear to be the pseudonym of people or with their complete identity.

From version 4.50, CONCEPT Trustee ™ offers a setting to prevent some users to get a FULL list of entities or parties, whether in print or interrogation. Only limited printing or queries are allowed. |
